Thank you for the email, it's a pleasure to experience such good customer service. Something that is often so hard to find in so many other companies. For this your company should be very proud of the work you do.
It would be great if you would send on the five items you do have in stock immediately and then send the remaining item whenever you get it back in stock, it's no great rush on that part so i'm more then happy to wait.
