How to buy

For E.U. companies who qualify for zero VAT please e mail sales@averyknight.co.uk with your enquiry. Or simply give us a ring on +44 01225 425894 having the product details, a debit or credit card plus your company VAT number to hand

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply browse through our Online Store, then when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Basket' button to the right hand side of the product - the item will be placed into your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your basket. You can view the total cost of your basket by clicking in the RED basket shown on the top right-hand panel of the website, or click on the labelled 'Basket Items'.

Check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'Shopping Basket' link above the total of your basket contents. When the contents of your basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove a single item by clicking on the 'Delete' button, or alternatively alter the quantity of each item by clicking the 'Amend' button.

When you are happy with all of the items in your shopping basket click on the 'Checkout' button. You will be given a final list of items to be purchased. Click 'Buy Items' and your basket information will be transferred to our secure server where we will ask you a few questions that are needed to satisfy your order.

Security
You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. When you click on the 'Buy Items' button your order will be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.

Java & Cookies
The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browsers settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'Cookies'.
